MARIE PERRIELLO

I was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and spent a lot of my childhood telling my parents what color I thought they should paint the kitchen, or how I wanted to rearrage my room.

 

In 2013, I committed to the Interior Design Program at Virginia Tech.  I may have packed up and left New York for Virginia, but Blacksburg has truely become home for me.  

 

The College of Architecture and Urban Studies has helped me take my interest and passion for interior design and transform it into a professional skill set and future career.

 

Humans spend approximately 90% of their day in an indoor environment.  I believe that a great interior can positively impact a person's comfort, well-being, and efficiency.
