Haworth Showroom
November 2015
The Haworth Showroom is located in the Mount Vernon Triangle in Washington D.C. The showroom will draw inspiration from cherry blossoms, for which Washington D.C. is famous for. This flower signifies respect, beauty, and partnership - all qualities in which Haworth strives for in their work.
Cherry blossoms and the cherry tree itself are used to dictate the circulation path, the color scheme, the surfaces and finishes, as well as the vertical composition of the space.
The Conference room is located in the center of the space and represents the trunk of a cherry tree. Wooden ceiling panels stretch outward across the space. They represent the branches of the tree. A variety of individual and collaborative work spaces are located underneath the ceiling panels to signify that each worker is united together by a common element.
Programs Used: Autodesk Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Rhino 5, Adobe Illustrator
